I have the same problem with wide grip pulldowns-that is why I use incline bench-this one work good for me,
More problems make chest exercises-hier I must be very carefully-for exemp. yesterday I would like to do DB fly-I can,'t, Immediately I had pain,but anyway I satisfied because few weeks ago I could't something with DB-over/during the last 3 years
I waiting for TB 500----- maybe next week I can start with this peptide.

I spoke 2 weeks ago with tid member woodswise -hij used tb500 and hij was really satisfied with the results
So I want to try this stuff

I modified little my program.

My first idea was this
Tuesday – Back+Chest
Wednesday – Shoulders
Thursday – Legs
Saturday – Biceps+Triceps
Sunday – Chest +Back

but I think it would be better if I'll train follow this new program

Tuesday – Back+Chest
Wednesday – Legs
Thursday – Shoulders
Friday – Biceps+Triceps
Sunday – Chest +Back

After chest/back day I go with legs ,so my shoulders receive more time for recovery(they worked also at the chest/back )
And I do Saturday free day,without training-not Friday-I think that it isn't good idea if day after bic+tric training I train chest and back-if Saturday is free I have also more time for bic/tric for recovery
The last 9 weeks I did cardio 7-9 x week,so now I would change this ,and I will do cardio 5 x week -the same days as gym training-Monday and Saturday-I will have complietly free-for recovery too.

Legs day

ATG Pause Squat-Smith-I do not more BB squat ,always wiht Smit machine,
tempo 3321-3 sec in down position,rest 90-120 sec

Calf raise on the machine,tempo 2122-75 reps methode(weight for 20 reps,you go to failure (about 20-22 reps) 10 sec rest ,next few reps to failure(usually 8-11),10sec rest etc until you get 75 reps,

220 x 75--Huge pump!!!

I try explain
3 tears ago I had herniated disc-during demolition work with pneumatic hammer-I lay 30 min without feeling in my legs-I thought that I will not be able to walk
August 2014 I was in Poland,at the doctor,I make MRI scan for my back-verterbrates L1,L2,L3,L4 are good,but between L5 and S1 is large risk of re-herniation,what's more 2,5 week ago I receive acute low back pain-right side-so I can do almost nothing-socken,shoes,big problem
I'm now not completly healthy-I have still pain in my back
Earlie I did front squat ,but later I receive inflammation in my biceps tendon( in shoulder and elbow) so barbell with plates pressed exactly this tendon-I stop with this exercise
I will train even minimal 15-20 years so I must be carefull -I love squat but now this is compromise between -what I will and what I can.
At Smith I have more security for my back and no chance bend forward ,my torso is almost vertical,so the press lying evenly(I not sure if it's a good word)

I a L4/L5 fusion 2 years ago so I understand the pain. Form is everything! Staying safe a very smart choice! Keep moving forward brother
