Chest and Back

GVT 10 reps,90sec rest,supersets(chest and back), tempo-3021(negat,down position,push,squeeze/tension)
For back I would like to do-Seated cable row close-grip,but in the gym was a lot of guys and the machine was still occupied,so I did
--Seated Supported Row close grip
In gym I have DB with kg(jump up 2kg ,20,22,24,26 etc),plate too ,so sometimes you can see strange weight values
All the weights are -lbs no kg

Generally training was OK.I have litte pain in left shouder ,so next workout(next Tuesday) I try use the same weights or litte bit lower-especialy DB press,back exercises make less problems
Guys one question-squeeze or tension witch I need use if I want to say that by down position I try stop with movement and max tension/squeeze the muscule??

Great Day Eclipse!!! I love the GVT and did it all summer in the blazing heat of a no air conditioned gym.

You are doing excellent brother! Be cautious with the shoulder.

Great job!
I have the same issue sometimes with a machine or station being occupied, always look to substitute in a similar exercise.
Like the tempo work! you know I do as well...
Tension!

My gym is completely wild-summer inside the same temp.as outside and winter too(-6 out,,-2 inside),without radiators,air condition,showers.
Only iron!!!!and sometimes hot girls!!!!

Thanks Greg-next time I go use "tension" not squeeze-really THX bro!!!
This tempo I like too-that is whay I start now with this method-I will see what happen and is good for my joints and tendons(I hope haha)

Yes!!
Less weight used, muscle under tension... I am seeing very good results.
Also the lighter weight is easy on my recovering elbow... and I'm old... hahaha

Nice log going eclipse. Sorry to hear you have shoulder issues, join the club! For me the wipe grip pulldowns caused great discomfort, supinated close grip was painless! Just take the it easy with the db inclines and respect what your body tells you. Keep pushing for greatness!
