Yesterdays workout

Shoulders
BB OHP
1x15-Bar
1x10-95
1x8-115
1x4-155
1x4-155
1x3-155 (didnt count the last rep, it was a push press lol)

DB Lateral Raises
1x10-20
1x8-25
2x5-35

DB Bent Over Rear Delt Flyes
3x6-40s

BB Shrugs behind the back
4x6-225

Notes
I stuck to everyone's advice and went with lower reps and higher weight, and I can feel it working. My OHP press is better than it's ever been and my delts are even more fried because of the heavy DB work. I hit traps like I was told to as well (Since I wasn't consistent with doing shoulders, my traps didnt get hit because I always paired trap work with shoulder day) and they were pumped full of blood. :D

It was a good workout! I coulda consider the OHP as a PR since I haven't done that many repping sets with that weight before.

I tried quinoa oatmeal Bybon....wow i have been missing out on great recipes with quinoa. I find it funny and ironic how alphalifter does not even lift. I went heavy this week and managed 225x7 on incline. I kept my rest to a min and the reps went down lol.

Lets be real my aesthetics > yours.

How much drol are you taking these days bybon? I hoped you lowered it down from the 150mg.

Still at one fiddy..but going to lower because the lethargy is at full blast LOL. I just want to lay around and grow until gym time.

Yea man, I'm glad I dropped it and went back to focus on heavier weights; not a fan on the DOMS though :D
