30 mins am fasted cardio at 6am
Felt good today, the hunger subsiding, starting to see some of the bloat coming off and energy back to normal, means i finally dropped into keto last night !
Got to the gym around 6pm and it was packed !
I haven't had an arms day in about 6 months and definitely haven't worked triceps but i have one now so it is what it is
Hammer curl
20's x 15 , 12, 8
Cable pressdown w/ ez bar
42.5 x12, 10, 10
Slow and strong contraction on all these
PreAcher curl
45x 15, 12, 10
Last two sets i dropped seat down a click and had a better rom and contraction
Close grip bench on smith (4 count down , 1count up )
50 x 8, 8, 6, 3
Had a hard time getting settled into these, and my right elbow was a bit wonkey
Failed at ez bar cable curl, i was too pumped to contract
High cable double bicep curl
15/side x 7, 6, 7
Finished off with 10 minutes sprints, 6 mph rest speed and 9mph sprints....
Cooled down and called it good
