Today 1/24
30 mins am fasted cardio at 6am

Felt good today, the hunger subsiding, starting to see some of the bloat coming off and energy back to normal, means i finally dropped into keto last night !

Got to the gym around 6pm and it was packed !
I haven't had an arms day in about 6 months and definitely haven't worked triceps but i have one now so it is what it is

Hammer curl
20's x 15 , 12, 8

Cable pressdown w/ ez bar
42.5 x12, 10, 10
Slow and strong contraction on all these

PreAcher curl
45x 15, 12, 10
Last two sets i dropped seat down a click and had a better rom and contraction

Close grip bench on smith (4 count down , 1count up )
50 x 8, 8, 6, 3
Had a hard time getting settled into these, and my right elbow was a bit wonkey

Failed at ez bar cable curl, i was too pumped to contract

High cable double bicep curl
15/side x 7, 6, 7

Finished off with 10 minutes sprints, 6 mph rest speed and 9mph sprints....
Cooled down and called it good

Ill be following. Keeping a log online is a good way to keep motivated plus everyone that's following and pushing you to reach your goals :dbells:

Took friday off in favor of nails and eyebrows, shopping, and saturday i spent the day getting my house rented out.....

So because i missed last monday i made up and doubled up my deadlift day with cheat and front shoulders...
I am still shaking , it is day 6 of no carbs and i could feel it strong today in my lifts...

Should also ,mention i am on day 2 of one of the worst periods of my life right now, so everything is a bit sideways right now

Started with deadlifts.... I cant manage to not control the drop ... And i think controlling that movement is sucking a lot of my energy, the most I've ever pulled was 145 until today btw

Didn't do cardio today either, couldn't get to sleep last night and had a hell of a night ... Then back way too fucking hurt to pull it off after lifts, so I tanned instead, well probably burnt ..
I had decent stamina especially for day 7 on keto!

Hunger has been touch and go seems to be associated purely hormonal my which has been a bit blah
I am still stupid swollen everywhere, thinking I need some dandelion tea, and a lot I water, and it's time I cut carbonation.... Again :-/

Oh and I plan on doing a ton of stretching and foam rolling tonight try and get my back to loosen up
