2 and a ahalf weeks ago i tore both upper and lower Petalla tendons and 8 days ago went into surgery. So Of course I cant squat yet but I can still do upper body and work my left knee back to shape.

I was going for a PR on squat @735 when I tore my tendon and it was the weight is was the spot and the equipment that i used. Should of used a mono lift but the gym I go to doesnt have one.
Today my workout was to see exactly where I was and how It would be to bench with a emobilized leg. not as bad as I thought.
Flat Bench

135 * 20
225 * 10
275 * 5

Incline bench
225 * 10,10,10,10,10
