Delmonico's steakhouse is around the corner out there, Def worth checking out. Service good, atmosphere great and the steak is amazing. Prices are very fair too

Gene runs a tight ship ( make sure your lifts are by the book) but he throws a great meet.

He definately does, I met him last yr at the RPS/TPS meet they had in Everet ma last yr. It was my 1st meet I attended, just watching, and it was a good time. Goodluck Flex and hope your shoulder stays strong, nothing more annoying then an injury that effects your training...

OK, so here's my plan.

Squat: open with 525 then go right for 575, if I get the 575 maybe got for 6 hun? (ZOMG)

Bench: open with 275 then maybe 295 or 305 depending on how my shoulder feels

Dead: open with 550 then go right for 600, if I get the 6 hun go for 625.

This would give me a minimum total of 1450 (only 25 lbs better than last year) and possibly get me over 1500 depending on 3rd attempts.

What say you?

Seems reasonable. I prefer no more than a 40lb jump but that's just what I like.
