Ok, following this thread I thought a separate one for my log would keep all the infos more accecible for those interested.
Briefly:
age 23
Years of training: 5
Stats: 174cm (5'9), 72-75kg (about 161 lbs) dependin on water retention
Best lifts so far:
Squat 5*100kg
Front Squat 5*90kg
Deadlift 1*150kg
Dumbbell Bench Press 8*30kg (each)
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 8*25kg (each)
OHP 5*40kg
I recently had a lower back injury from wich I haven't completely recovered yet. My compound lifts have noticeably dropped about 15 kg for squats and 25kg for deads.
I ve run in the past 2 epistane cycles, very succesfully, running the first one at 10mgED and the second one at 15mg ED. Both came with minimal to zero side effects. Surprisingly I was able to keep most of the strength gains.
Right now I m following a bb split 4-5 days/week, legs trained twice/week. I m trying to increase my lifts to the prior-to-the-injury level but my body ain't responding.
I m running Dragon Nutrition Pro-SD at 5mg ED (for the moment)
Assist. supps:
Fish oil 3 gram
NAC 1+gram
Vit C 1gr
and some other vits whenever I remember.
