Seated hammerstrength shoulder press 1plate x5, 1 and 25's x5, 2 plates x 3, 2 and 25's x3, 3 plates x3, 3 and 25's x 3, 4 plates x3, 4 plates and 25's x 3,
Standing db laterals 25x10 35x10 45x10 55x10 65x8
BB seated military 45x5, 135x3, 185x3, 225x3, 275x3
Reverse pec deck 105x15, 150x15, 195x15, 245x12
BB Curls 45x12, 95x12, 135x12
Hammerstrength preacher curls one arm - 50x12, 70x10, 70x10

5/24 leg work
box squats (first 2 sets full squats) 45x5, 135x4, 225x3, 315x3, 405x3, 495x3, 600x5 (wanted to go for 10...these bars suck ass! horrible bend and whipping had me all over the place I almost lost balance 4 of the 5 reps.) back down to 495x10, 405x10
Leg presses 5plates x5, 6x5, 7x5, 8x5, 9x5, 10x5, 11x5
