For the 21's, is that like 21s for barbell curls? 7 from the top to half, 7 from the bottom to half, then 7 full reps? Awesome numbers all around

I'm pretty tight today MJR, but it was a sick workout. The volume was dumb-awesome. Looking forward to the next round.

I know I shouldn't be doing shoulders the morning after chest but **** it...wheres the fun in not doing it?!

Seated hammerstrength shoulder press 1plate x5, 1 and 25's x5, 2 plates x 3, 2 and 25's x3, 3 plates x3, 3 and 25's x 3, 4 plates x3, 4 plates and 25's x 3,
Standing db laterals 25x10 35x10 45x10 55x10 65x8
BB seated military 45x5, 135x3, 185x3, 225x3, 275x3
Reverse pec deck 105x15, 150x15, 195x15, 245x12
BB Curls 45x12, 95x12, 135x12
Hammerstrength preacher curls one arm - 50x12, 70x10, 70x10

We already talked about this, but hitting shoulders 14 hours after we brutalized ourselves with that press workout was, ****ing, stupid, lol. I hope you can't brush your teeth tomorrow morning.

deficit Deadlifts (standing on a plate)- 135x3, 225x3, 315x3, 405x10, 315x10, 225x10
Pullups 3x5
T bar rows with chest support - 1 plate x5, 2x5, 3x5, 4x5, 5x5, 6x5, 5x5, 4x5, 3x5, 2x5
Back raises 5x10
Situps on decline bench. 1 set of 10 at each setting

I'm looking forward to seeing how you go, I'll try and check in regularly and see how you are going.

Good luck with all your training, 12 weeks is a decent amount of time so just make sure your nutrition is on point and you are resting enough MF.

box squats (first 2 sets full squats) 45x5, 135x4, 225x3, 315x3, 405x3, 495x3, 600x5 (wanted to go for 10...these bars suck ass! horrible bend and whipping had me all over the place I almost lost balance 4 of the 5 reps.) back down to 495x10, 405x10
Leg presses 5plates x5, 6x5, 7x5, 8x5, 9x5, 10x5, 11x5

Its more than just the bar. The force you come up with is scary as hell. A 55lb squat bar sounds like it might be a good investment.

When I first got on the forums I had no issues giving out info on myself.
