I would love it if it did. there is the complication of ITT and inhibin. Even if e receptors in the hypothalamus are blocke such than signal would be sent to testes via LH/FSH inhibin might be a problem, although spermatogenesis might resume.Not bloodwork for this exact purpose but blood work showing Enclomiphene as a fertility drug for men...yes. I also think its a reasonable leap that if it works thru the same pathways as Clomid; that it would work during a cycle for the sake of keeping LH going.
An aside, I have never seen LH numbers in myself with clomid or nolva in place during a TRT or higher androgen load but I have seen my testes increase in size with nolva. That for what it's worth.
