Tried raw honey in oatmeal today, pretty dam good!

Vanilla protein mix ( I can't deal w/ chocolate flavor for breakfast), and then mix in some frozen berries. Berries are great in terms of having value as an anti-oxidant. Generally for a serious cut like competition prep, you'd steer clear of fruit / fructose, but berries are 'worth' the additional carbs in terms of nutritional calue.

As Ozkon said; cinnamon! The benefits are wonderful its almost a must. That's all I do other then sometimes tossing a few raisins in but I tried to avoid that.

I put in flax seed and blueberries plus honey for a better tasting oatmeal.

Definitely good choices brother.

Apples, crushed graham crackers and cinnamon for an apple pie oatmeal is another of my faves

Who says oatmeal has to be boring and bland?

I used to put 1-2 cups in a blender and then chug it. Nothing added.

I'm with big paul, its better when you drink it. Espcially with a couple scoops of protein powder.

Has the texture of soggy cereal, that's my favorite way to have cereal.
