Starting a new log…big milligrams and big weight aren’t really part of my program anymore. More focused now on general fitness and not being a fat bitch.

Injured hip joint last week so just did a high rep flush instead of workout:
Leg press
1 plate/side x 100 reps
2 plates/side x 100 reps
3 plates/side x 50 reps x 3 sets
Assault Bike
20 minutes, 61rpm avg

PM
BJJ:
Grip work x 5 min
Take downs x 5 min
Guard pull/sweep x 5min
Guard pass x 5 min
Rounds 4 x 5 min

I’m 42. My biggest PR’s are behind me and I’m okay with that. Trying to cling to those fading numbers would be a downward spiral of AAS, money, relationships, and ultimately my health. At some point you gotta look back and say, “I’ve done enough.”

Fuck! 42 is in my rear view mirror and has been for some time. I've always seen the eventual wisdom in threads like these, but, yeah, that eventual wisdom shit seems to be tail gaiting me more each year.

I’ve always loved the “pick a number” endeavors. I think my best was New Year’s Eve ‘19 I did squats 315 x 100.
Doing that of all things on any New Years Eve is a statement all by itself.
Doing 315 x 100 probably put you ahead of, and maybe surviving, some guys who did 1000 x 1 around that time.

Wanted to do so Ab and shrimp work as well, but slept in a little. Had issues on a well last night and was up troubleshooting on phone calls throughout night.
