working graveyard shift limits my window for caffeine intake..I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day, and am done caffeine intake by 5am...I only have one session a week where I could take a typical caffeine loaded pre...I used to take Intrabolic to help make it through a session, but it never really gave me an extra jump start, just kinda of kept me capable of getting through...
only supps now are Green Mag, Orange Triad, Whey Tech 24, and S'mores Poptarts (do Pop Tarts keep my Natty status?)...
any suggestions?
