Whats up brahs and brahettes, just got in my 8 hours of sleep and feeling fresh as f*ck (yep yep yep). Ready for another day of training, weel start with a 3k Run and 2k Row (such as the ancient greeks) then weel cool down with a 20k bike ride. (They dont know me, son)

I need to get more sleep. I can imagine the improvements I could make if I just got 8 hours a night.
