Looking good Red. I had a hernia repaired last year and was back at it full bore within 8 weeks, as though nothing had changed.

Strength is still there.

Yesterday is the first dead lift session since December.... 315 for 20 reps for 5 sets. Last three sets were broken may have done 10 reps than 5 then 2 or 3. But I got to 20.... Felt ****ing great. Back is toasted legs dead....

This morning at the 5am lifting before heading out for business.. All flat bench.... 315x failure, 355x failure, 385x failure..... 5 minutes of rest then 405 x 5......

Couldn't be happier with coming back the way I am. Maybe going bigger than I should currently, but just playing it safe as possible.

You look in terrific shape with a good amount of muscle, especially for someone who recently had hernia surgery. I wouldn't worry about adding too much mass... some look bigger & better at a lower body weight with more definition. Keep up the good work!!

229# as of this morning holding some water obviously. Been very busy with work and traveling for work but have been trying to stick with it. Getting a good reminder how far push ups and pull ups can go when you don't have a gym at easy access. Finally back home and will be hitting it full bore again.

Strength is right back to where it should be and progressing nicely. ...very nicely
