Just eat the whole thing. Treat yo'self. Saturday nights are my nights, too, and it's either going to involve a big, colon-clogging steak burrito from Chuy's, chips and salsa, or a burger. I wish I had room for all three. I'd slip some sushi and a Sonic Blast in there, too.

Typically our night is Sunday and Wednesday we do a tamer refeed.
But we're having company tonight so it's 1, 1/4" T-bone from our local butcher, smoked tater salad and BBQ eggplant. The Cheesecake for desert and I have to share with 3 other people lol after the T-bone dinner I'll definitely only have so much room. I'm on desert duty now that I'm in off season. So I'll be trying new recipes weekly. Got some epic YouTube channels to hunt from. The Japanese know how to make desert!!

The recipe actually is a blueberry crumble cheesecake! But we have a very heavy raspberry bush that needs tending so I used our raspberries instead. You could do any fruit you want.

Ya apple pie is classic but compared to the vast options of similar shaped desserts I thinks it's over-rated.
