I settled on taking 50mg. It's no comparison to 100mg of ug. I've taken what people say are the best; strango, oxide, alp.

I'm only a week in an strength is incredible. Was benching 315 for 3 sets of 6 after inclines. Did it for 10 reps all sets after I maxed on incline for 365, 3 reps which is 20 pounds more then the work out before.

I'm liking it alot. Running it for 60 days so we'll see if this keeps up.

youll like it. i found that at the 10+ iu point with pharm gh the results are ridiculous and very fast. The only down side, besides the hands, is how flat it will make you. At 12-15iu's of seros I needed exogenous insulin or otherwise I'd wake up absolutely shredded no matter what i did but so flat and drawn out.

i cruise on 6iu's of seros ED and dont take t4 with it, but when I ramp up into the double digits i REALLY need t4 or i am absolutely crushed with lethargy.
