Honestly skip the peptides and gh and actually work your joints and ligaments. Use a combo of "hangs"....and invest that money your saving for not getting peps or gh and get an inversion table. Yes, hang like a bat. This will at a minimum keep your growth options high... especially do this after any gym day where your spine has had load (squat, dead, etc). Listen I can't guarantee it will work but I know I've been doing it over the years and I'm at an age I should have lost a little height and I haven't lost anything.

Great first post! Google is your best bet. I would just take the first source that pops up... Don't do that.

This is a non-source board, do not come here looking or asking for them.
