Hey!

Been a bystander for about a month now reading a lot of posts and thought I'd introduce myself. I joined because I needed help losing BF quickly as well as training for boot camp. I'm currently in DEP (Delayed Entry Program) with the Navy leaving in exactly 31 days for Great Lakes, IL. I have played competitive volleyball in college, national club teams, and now play for fun in adult sand leagues. I have not lifted since college (6 years ago). Got back into it in April this year and fell in love! I came here mostly for motivation and also had some questions that were answered by other users. Since beginning my training I've already lost 40 lbs. Once I get my measurements I'll post those. When I'm out of basic I plan on continuing to keep training. My goal weight to be at before I leave for basic is 175 lbs. I'm 183 lbs and 5'10".

Welcome. You'll love to hate that winter in the Great Lakes area if you're still up there late into the year.
