Woke up today to 10egg white and 2 whole eggs, some oats, blueberries, and peanut butter. Lounged around and had a turkey burger and some red potatoes. Currently at the gym doin legs, 5x hack squats, 5x one leg leg press, extensions, reversing curls, and lunges till I can't stand...have a nice builder shake waiting and a meal in the fridge for when I get home...loving it

I would drop the crabs... I good antibiotic should take care of that, and up the carbs...
