These Milo bars made by Nestle Australia, look like an average typical Chocolate bar, but they are not, they are just better... they Taste great!
Very Rich and deep Chocolatey

Even if The PB cup was a bar, it certainly as shit isn't underrated! lol It's one of the most popular chocolate candies

Cookies and Cream bars are pretty good and you rarely see them around on Halloween too.

Mars, as mentioned. Blows my mind how much is made by Mars corp, and Mars bars aren't marketed much in the states! Snickers with almonds are a close second, but no replacing that Mars Nougat and Caramel.

A bar based on star crunch could be nice.
