Ha, ha, did you quit smoking?

I finally did again somewhere around a month ago. I lost track.

I did. On my last week of step 1. Which sucks. My favorite part of the day is coming down having my coffee and slapping a fresh patch on. Awesome buzz gets the day off to a good start.

You ever sleep with it on? I did by accident the other night. I had a dream that a nuke went off at my mother's house lol

I quit cold turkey.

It was part of my punishment for starting back up :D

I decided to switch up my morning grub.

Since I started running GH, the first pin is in the mornings. I decided to run 4iu of slin with it so I'm dropping the peanut butter.

I'm doing 2 cups skim milk with one scoop of whey and one scoop of gainer. It's 56 carbs and 51 protein, I drink half shortly after I pin and the other half about 45 mins after the first half then the oats and eggs a little less than an hour after that.

I like the improvement :D

I eat leftovers - spaghetti , pork roast and potato . Whatever . The body feeds round the clock

Mine: 3 eggs scrambled, 1 8oz filet, 1 cup of blueberries. If I do a 9 am workout, add 1 cup white rice
