mid and upper back

Was looking for a good exercise for my middle upper back.you see in some poses bodybuilders have almost a diamond shape.is there a specific exercise to build that region of my back.thank you.

Those are your traps brother. Most pulling movements will build that area.. but for more specificity I like snatch grip deadlifts and upright rows (row up to about the bottom of your chest)

Laying flat on a incline bench with DB pull up with both arms squeezing your middle back

Olympic lifts. Cleans, snatches etc. also similar to what TG suggested, face down on incline, lift DBS with straight arms up and forward making a Y.
