Looking joocy bro keep it up. Where are you pinning at? It may be PIP and/or you could be pushing on a nerve which in turn could be the cause of the knee/shin pains. Are you doing any cardio or any leg work out of the ordinary? As far as cycle I would go min 500mg Test E every week (i.e. 250mg E3D just to keep stable levels), and run it at least 12wks, just my opinion though.
Yeah bro might up the dosage, what can a do to get rid of these puffy nipples it's defo not gyno had it since I was about 12 chest is growing but so are these lol!!
