last leg day before show, hopefully I can get the cuts to come in. Always had an issue with carrying to much ass fat and fat in back of legs, better this year than last. Though I think my prep diet was garbage, left me with little to no energy to get through shit. Though it's all a learning experience right? Last year diet and training was on point, gear was an issue; this year it's compleate opposite. Hopefully I'll have the formula down before nationals.
