im a new member i haven't introd myself but I've really enjoyed a lot of info on here and now i need answers and i need them now lol sorry i had to say that .So stats I'm 44 5ft 8 190ish ecto in my 30s i focused on my casino job and poker and my passion for working out waned i did the whole I'm getting old now bs pathetic cause i was a kronk gym boxer in my 20s and lived in the gym for yrs before i boxed i was benching 405 for reps squatting 495 for reps never dl though i was only on 500 mg of test and 200 mg deca never off till i quit training at 32 i resumed training a couple years ago after my life went to shit due to my poker issues i had a aha moment when i realized how much happier i was when i lifted on a consistent basis not just here and the3 re bs ok enough with my bio heres my ? and problem any input will be taken seriously a year ago i really started squatting with high volume and high reps why idk really i never did it and i found i got high literally from the style i ended up tearing my ham with 295 on my 17th rep the days preceding it i was tight from deadlifting and just ham training a lot to get my squat up a side note which i need to point out which is the crux of my dilemma is that i was not straining on that 17th rep i felt i had 25 in me i was barefoot because my balnce sucks with shoes so anyway after a few months it healed and i was back i stuck with 225 to 275 for sets of 20 say 4 to 6 sets and I've been deadlifting low reps on separate day only in 300s which I'm really working on form so a month ago i decided to drop the high reps and go to heavy 4 to 8 rep style to give a idea of my strength before the heavy cycle i could do 3 sets of 225 for 25 to 30 reps then 3 more 15 to 20 that sounds nuts but i enjoy it atg btw so how heavy should i squat well each week this month I've added weight but every time i want to go110 % i feel like somethings gonna tear or pull in weird places of my legs for ex. 1 week its my inner thigh left next its my other leg high-up then tonyt side of my thigh my form is not diff with heavy weight i did 315 easy 8 335 easy 6 then 335 again on 6th rep my right thigh high up felt like it was gonna tear wtf no reason i was not straining i felt i coulda done 10 reps i took a break and did lunges then went back to 225 for sets of 15 stoping way short of failure I'm confused on why these weird feelings are happening am i rushing it maybe doesn't the high rep training transfer some carryover integrity i feel like there are some weak areas i guess idk thats why i need advice I'm really pissed because i want to break out the adrenaline on the heavy weight but I'm holding back and still feel like I'm gonna tear something however on high reps with 225 i could go nuts and do 40 reps and not hurt shit btw I'm on 600mg test and 250 deca my diet is ok and i take vitamins guys at my gym are confused as i am pm me or whatever

Welcome to the board

With that, I might add...

I am normally not a grammar nazi, however, a wall of text AND no punctuation, I have to admit, I had to stop about 5 lines in. If you start some new paragraphs and use punctuation, I can assure you, you will get a lot more replies.

Thank you and i agree i thought i could get away with it. I do the same shit on Facebook .I guess i start typing in a frenzy and just expect people will get me , but then i read what i wrote and I'm like it looks like a grade school dropout essay. So i will remedy this as i plan to text people on here once again thanks for reminding me and take care.

Welcome to the Den bro. I recommend using punctuation and paragraph breaks. Most of us on here appreciate a person taking a little time in writing their posts to make them understandable.
