Been a hell of a year or is that 2??

Life has been an up n dwn ride but I'm good

Some rem I was getting over a broken foot and had pins put in
Well this past feb 12
I tore my right bicep off the bone

Yep whimsy 50lb dumbbells got me

Really crazy
After 3 sets of preachers with DB
I had a funny bone feeling in my bi but it went away after 2min
So I knocked out 3 sets of weighted Pull-ups
N pow

Like a big ass rubber band popping

Tore it at the elbow joint so it was bad

Had pins put in and now (heehe if I do)I have an arm
Brace and .......8-14mths of rehab b4 100%

So looks like cardio cardio cardio n legs legs

Glad to hear frm everyone

I'll try to get on more n get back into TID
