I'd agree with you on creatine, but there's one other supp I'd personally rate higher - whey protein isolate.yeah, but that's a given. like oxygen...just part of the landscape.
actually, what people do not realize is that FOOD is the number one bb supplement. try and gain mass without it.
but product wise, for me, its creatine...hands down. its the only supplement, besides protein, to have been proven to actually put new muscle mass on you. it doesn't just assist, it actually does it.
