I forget what improved for @genetic freak when he eliminated certain foods but he just said it was life changing or similar for him. Some people can fix there joint pain by not eating foods that they are sensitive to and stuff like that. Can absolutely make a difference.

Trip these guys are giving you good advice in my opinion. I don't know about Glu-Cu but elsewise they are spot on. Inflammation is a big one in neuropathy. get it under control and you are better off. Anacdotal evidence, an old training partner of mine has neuropathy pretty bad from surgeries. Recent testing is that he is loaded with inflammation. Carrier oils and harsh solvents in AAS preparations are pro-inflammatory. GF is on point. Best to find the ones compounded with oils and recipients that agree with you. Vigorous Steve on YouTube has a recent video that goes deep into this and goes over which ones are least and most problematic. I think the video is linked on this site. BTW, congratulations having test level in the 500s at your age and what you've been through. That's probably higher than today's 20 somethings.

The MFing Mfer

thanks everyone

inflation has eaten me alive, so i's got what i got, when it comes to AS and any testing or trying different stuff

you guys really helped, opened up the inflamation channel to keep my eyes open on

my oncologist is one of those docs who only says 3 words and one goal remission, unless i am in real pain he doesn't say jack

so chemo was average of 3 hr iv drip once per month for 12 months, immunotherapy a 25 min drip once per month for 20 months, so siyx months in neuropathy in hands and feet meds settled it, told it would go away in6-12 months, nope not a bit, at 15 months immunotherapy became intolerable, and doc backed off but continued, thus in essence basically other chemicals in iv drips could have been the culprit along with whatever solvents or carriers in there

other issue, now i mentioned this for years sure some remember, i have had chronic depression since early 40's at age 48 any supplement protein powder after 3 days triggered bad depression, research could find nothing

fwiw, all food and liquids are fine with, zero triggering

i read up a bit on C-reactive protein, and I will have to do more with other stuff mentioned

I am a slow learner, it amazes me on your guys knowledge

thanks again
hs-CRP is what is used mostly for cardiac risk. Given the GI surgery I'd still get your B-12 blood levels checked, make sure you have good absorption, GI inflammation can reduce absorption and cause def and its absorbed at the end of the small intestine. B-12 deficiency is a factor in neuropathy. Easy blood test along with hs-CRP.

The test let me know I was sensitive to coconut, which also includes derivatives like MCT oil. I stopped eating anything with coconut and injecting anything with MCT oil and CRP and uric acid dropped significantly.

Well, I gotta look at his more, yet, you guys are probably right especially since inflamation can go nuts on me, can't hurt, only help, guessing would run a hundred bucks on top of regular blood work.

I do not know my test levels.

Last one was Sept of 2019, and was at 550, second year in a row for that.

My original primary care has my levels goin back to 1998, testing once per year, and he is automated so we went threw a graph of it, and I had started at 900, then staid at 850 for a long time, i think if i remember the drop to 750 happened in 2013 and then it was like a stair step down, 50 a clip or so......

Thus my guess is I am now at 400 or so.....I felt strong and cardio was good right at the beginning of cancer treatment and after a year cardio just really went in the tank as far as my average output went that is where i notice it the most and the ye old morning wood that seemed to say good bye over night like 3-4 years ago.

Thus, the desire to get on HRT.......

I don't know what my solvent is, I think it was grapeseed?

Anyways, I got prop and test E or C can't remember from same batch, so I can run the prop and stop I guess if it turns bad?

Also got a bunch of assorted pileage which I guess could have same issues with filler?

I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy 8 years ago. My big toe and second toe have a numb feeling. I don't even notice it until I think about it. Doc said it will get worse but it hasn't. I think I just beat the fuuk out of my foot so bad, the nerve got crushed.

As for TRT, he never said a word about it and knew I was on it. We even talked about lifting. I don't see there being a problem.

Gotcha man. I misunderstood about the test levels. I mean you could always try a test run. Start with like 100mg every week and see how you feel. But if it gives you any type of pip or swelling at injection site toss it. I keep track of my resting heart rate while I’m sleeping. And whenever I inject something that gives me pip my resting heart rate goes up like 10 beats a min for a few days! It was rather alarming. And I would think you would want to keep an eye on estrogen for water control. I would think extra water could make the neuropathy worse just from the extra pressure it could put on nerves. But maybe it would make it feel better. Haven’t done a deep dive personally on neuropathy yet. But sounds like doing nothing is not helping so may as well experiment.

For what it's worth, I have diabetic-caused neuropathy. My specialist told me to take ALA. 600-1200mg per day (1-2 capsules). I've been using it for about 3 years. It is a recognized treatment. I can't say how effective it is, but it wouldn't be a fast result.

Kills two birds with one stone. Works on neuropathy and is a glucose disposal agent at the same time. Maybe that is how it impacts the neuropathy.

Yes, that is what I used for neuropathy and the lung cancer I had.
This brand was suggested by the oncologist:

I also took their carnosine for the cancer as well. 9 months cancer free (knock on wood).
Now if I can get rid of the chemo brain, lol.
