How Much Ya Bench?

I'm an old geezer and have been off the bench for quite awhile with numerous nagging injuries. Finally back at it solid for about 4 months now.
205 lbs currently hitting 325 x 2. We will be climbing up the charts weekly. I have a personal goal set to get to 400 by the end of the year. I know it's a long shot but I have a great wo partner and we push each other pretty hard. We shall see

Was hitting 345 for 3-4 clean reps before spotter helped. That was about a month ago at 225lbs, i have dropped to 209lbs as of today so I would be happy to get 315 for reps now

My best bench ever was 405 @ 255lbs. That was a long time ago and under different circumstances. As of late my best is 370 w/ pause @ 280lbs. Working on surpassing my best. All my lifts are raw.

In the off season my bench is 440 for 3 reps right now. The most i have done is 465 for 2.

Before I fuked my shoulder up I got 265 for 2 sets of 3 @ 228 lbs
@ 43 years old.
My shoulder soon crashed there after.
Not very impressive and my bench was hit or miss great one day shit the next.
