How much coffee do you drink per day?

Lately I have been drinking at least a pot everyday. Spaced out in 2-3 different times of the day. I just cant get enough of it when dieting. It helps a lot.

I have 1-2 cups on Saturday and Sunday morning. None during the week.

I take 200mg caffeine in tablet form before my morning workout M-F so I don't need coffee.




How is that even possible?

LOL... I'm right there with ya bro... damn near 40 & have never had a cup of coffee either... I take 200 mgs of caffeine in pill form to get me going.

Working and traveling the way I do-insomnia on top of that (yes yes friends I stop caffeine after 1700)-I LOVE it. Plus it's tasty.

I cycle my caffeine. Certain times of the year like right now I'll drink maybe 2-3 cups of coffee per day. Other times I'll jack it up for 3-4 months at a time and add in 2-3 scoops of jacked or some other pre-workout stim and maybe 4-5 cups of coffee. I love coffee.

Almost 47 and have never had a cup of coffee in my life.

1 espresso every couple of hours during the day, no coffee after dinner

I am prescribed adderall so on an avg day I consume:

Adderall per prescription
1-2 monsters
2-3 double espresso double shots

yeah I'm a caffeine junky too. Several cups of coffee plus a monster and pre training sups.

I got hooked on coffee when I was in the Army. Midnight shift radio watch seemed endless..
