* One fun thing happened, did my first set of hamstring curls and no problem, first rep of the second set and received a mind blowing psychotic ass ripping cramp in my left hammy I thought I tore it the shit was so bad. I flew off the machine onto the floor like a freak. I think I screamed like a little girl had my headphones on so I can confirm it. People were looking at me. LOL.. That shit hurt like hell. Needless to say I called it good after that!!!

Damn man hope that hammy heals up quick. Your last leg day you really really really beat the shit out of them wheels... Then you did some deads two days ago for back. Maybe just too much??? I know my hams are always very tight. I have started foam rolling them pre-workout. You got a foam roller btw??? If not GET ONE!!! I use that and a lacrosse ball. Breaks up knots and scar tissues real good and painful like. I like ice baths and salt baths too. Its both an excuse to sit on my ass and listen to some tunes and therapeutic. Consider deep tissue massage once or twice a year too for prevention.

Thanks POB, I think it was just a vicious cramp. You are right I thought about those straight leg DB Deads as it happened to me LOL.... I do have a foam roller, never thought about using it on my legs, always on my back going to try it right now!!! Thanks!

Ridiculous as always!!!

What gives on the incline dbell pressing? I've done 110 for 3 or 100 for 7 or 8, I'm surprised to see that. I think you'd benefit from a dumbbell rack maybe? Is it getting them up for that first rep thats tough?
