Just for the record:

In case anyone doubts what you are reading in this journal, I have seen halo's pics and he definitely looks the part of a guy moving this kind of iron.

Just sayin... in case anyone is doubting :)

Same here... If I saw this dude walkin down the street I'd clutch my purse and cross the street :D

POB, I'm eating about 8 ish meals a day. I posted some pics on this thread of my food, I pre-make my food for a few days.

Somewhat normal day

6 eggs and a thin bagel toasted with a glass of 2% milk

8-10oz ground chicken or turkey breast with baked then mashed sweet potatoes

Fruit (grapefruit/mango/watermellon) are my go to's

50g homemade protein bar

Dinner I try to do a big protein chicken, turkey or flank steak I switch around from sweet potatoes, pasta or the protein on a giant bowl of salad which I'm doing right now as I type this LOL...

Usually a big glass of milk before I hit the bed or a 50g protein zero carb protein shake

I'm not perfect on my food I'll eat out with the wife at least once a week but try to be as good about it as I can.

I drink the shit out of diet cokes and water throughout the day.

Sounds like a good diet plan to feed the beast. And I'm sure your wife wouldn't mind you eating her out more than once a week :D

No there it is someone had to bring up desert :) I have real issues with that, I can eat enough to put on weight LOL..... documented fact :)

* I wanted to throw a twist in today and I think I will do this periodically as I think it went well today.

* I’m putting Weighted BB Lunges in the 1st superset power slot and on the 2nd superset I’m keeping Leg Press in the power slot but incorporating squats for my high rep inbetween sets.

* Weighted BB Lunges, I’ve done 315 for reps in the past but didn’t feel that as I got deeper into the 8 sets LOL..

LMAO.... OMG that is so exactly the shit someone sitting in the room says to me on a regular basis. She said you know when you go somewhere and there is "That Guy" yeah, well you're him. Ouch LOL.....

I'm so hurting right now it's not funny, ok it's a little funny I feel like someone ran my legs over with a steam roller the feel totally smashed :)
