I've got tracks from Five Finger Death Punch, NIN, Drowning Pool, The Who, The Doors, Rolling Stones, Slayer, Led Zeppelin, Metallica (Black Album) and Todd Rundgren. One great playlist that works for me in the gym!

Hatebreed is always a winner. Last week I threw on white zombie astro creep 2000. Man, I forgot how good of an album that was. Great gym music.

This is an interesting thread.

My workout bro was amazed when we started working out. I listen to nothing. I worked out in complete silence. He was like...man how can you do that?...so he started putting music on and it is better. But I have no idea what it is.

I go into a zone where I dont know if music is on or off.

Dbol gets me in that zone. Gives me tunnel vision. Places me in my own world. Must be its effect on the dopamine! Love it
