I would like to document a 30 day run Of EPI SMASH by blackstone labs here
Starting stats: 174lb prob 12% bf right now
I will be taking 1 cap am and 2 caps pm pre workout
Diet is currently around maintenance calories with 1-2 weekend cheat days which are not measured but mainly high carb low protein days with moderate healthy fats
Weekdays are around 2800 cal and moderate carb
2-4 eggs & lean beef
1-2 scoops of whey an 2tbsp pb
6 oz chicken and 1 cup rice or 1/2 can of low gi beans or golden hominy
6 oz chicken 1/2 can beans or medium sweet potato
8-10 oz of ground lean grass fed beef with veggies (kale green beans etc)
1-2 scoops of whey in water pwo
