Thanks guys,I'm taking in between 1800 to 2200kcals an day.protein is 30-35%,carbs 10-15%, and fat is 55%.so 200 grams of prtotien,50 grams carbs,and 130 grams fat.my cardio is walking in treadmill 35-40 on incline,keeping my h.r. At 120,trying to spare muscle loss.running test e at 800mg wk,tren hex at 100mg e.o.d. And anavar at 60mg e.d.was thinking of adding masteron or whinny..didn't think halo would make a difference,never used it though.
