Doc wants to put me on a low dose TRT but I don't like the lack of science of it when it comes to the heart. A 30yo might be able to cut TRT cold turkey but not sure how a 48yo body could handle it (not keen on taking it for life). If TRT is not convincingly safe for mid-age low T men, what else is? Anything natural/holistic that have helped any men for a while before needing the hormone therapy?
