Have you seen his 250kg front squat with a 5 sec pause? It's crazy. Just goes to show that Oly lifters are INCREDIBLY strong.

Of course not all Oly lifters are like that but when you look at the elite Oly lifters it's crazy to see them train and their strength. I was floored watching the women train and compete when I was at the '09 Pan Am's in Chicago. Crazy strong and incredibly fast.
