A few things we can discuss?

Coconut oil is fantastic for leaning out - high in MCTs and high heat tolerance.
Use extra virgin olive oil as anything less has been chemically altered at ester-level to increase shelf-life... As a result your body cannot recognise and properly process the fat.
Olive oil used for cooking is more carcinogenic than a cigarette and loses most health benefits... Because it has a low-temperature smoking point.
Peanut/grapeseed/rapeseed/red palm fruit/coconut oil are great to cook with as they have a high smoking point and various health benefits.
Organic avocados are amazing.
Wild-caught oily fish is fantastic, farmed has been fed-foods that diminish this benefit.
Butter is delicious and good for you... If grass-fed and organic.
Ketogenic diets are unsustainable and harmful.
Nut butter can be good or bad depending on their provenance... Organic natural 100% peanut butter or almond butter are so good And your body can use these fats effectively for fuel and they stabilise blood sugar. If they contain palm (kernal) oil then whoa! Unnatural and unusable, unrecognisable and problematic. They will cause fat increase and affect liver functions.

Let me know what you think! Looking forward to some good questions or even corrections with this one but either way the applications and effects of knowledge-based dietary fat consumption is an exciting area!

Peace.

"Ketogenic diets are unsustainable and even harmless" more so if you stay in a Ketogenic state. Most modern day Ketogenic diets recommend cycling carbs in order to maintian muscle mass and avoid Ketoacidosis. Ketoacidosis is the issue and can be prevented with carb cycling.

Most cold water fish are excellent sources of omega 3 fatty acids such as the already mentioned salmon. But there is also tuna, sardines and anchovies. Best if you get them in water or, better yet, olive oil. Pop open a tin and enjoy a healthy snack of protein and fat.
