Start at 20 micrograms for a couple days and assess tolerance, bump up 20mcg every 2-3 days as needed. I usually feel a need to bump up by about 3 days of same dose. Most shouldn't go higher than 120mcg. 2 wk on 2 wk off, 1 wk on 1 wk off, 5 days on 3 days off, 3 on 2 off etc etc. Any work really. I prefer longer durations on and honestly normally do 2 wk on 1 wk off repeat as needed up to show. If you take ketotifen 1-2mg every night after about week one you can run it a lot longer at the same dose without diminishing returns. I've ran successfully for 6-8 weeks that way (not that it's good for you)
Yeah especially your first run. I normally start with 40 now, sometimes gives me a headache but I definitely wouldn't start over 20mcg for a first timer. 20mcg for a few days since it has a 36hr half lifeI haven't used it in a while, but this is how I always did it. Any more than 20-25mcg to start and I got a little too shaky
Well I've done two shows using it and t3 everyday, and one show clen 2 days on 1 off.. always starting low and tapering up. Almost hasn't seemed to matter which method
