I'm sure there were technical issues, but frankly, I didn't treat 405 with respect, so it tried making me its bitch. Getting angry helped because the following five triples moved like it should.great session...looked a bit unhappy with the 405 set...grip issue there, or just felt harder than you would have liked?
and maybe I'm just noticing, but you wear your wrist wraps on all sets?
