Thanks Turbs, not for awhile. I have one, most likely two, more raw meets in me (august/october or august/november) before I start considering when/how I'll start training in single-ply.

I'm still sore as hell. Very close to "day after competition" type soreness. I think I'm walking into the gym later tonight at RPE 10.

All kidding aside, overreaching followed by sufficient rest can yield great results. Way to tough it out, buddy!

great session...looked a bit unhappy with the 405 set...grip issue there, or just felt harder than you would have liked?

and maybe I'm just noticing, but you wear your wrist wraps on all sets?

Yeah, that's what I said. Another one of my lifting pals had the same issue. So I said we might do some Farmers Walks tonight on our fluff day.

Sitting at 132-133. Maintaining. Just weighting for the right time to make my move.

I'm sure there were technical issues, but frankly, I didn't treat 405 with respect, so it tried making me its bitch. Getting angry helped because the following five triples moved like it should.

The cg floor presses and stiffed-leg deadlifts went fairly well, I think I ended on a high note there.
