I'm a firm believer of dumbbell military presses, I alternate one week with dumbbells and the following week with barbells.

I would say the most important exercises to run as a combo would be OHP, bench, side laterals plus front raises.

Seems to be one area that natty's always struggle a little with too.

I stay away from front raises, IMO front delt gets enough of a hit on chest/tri day with bench & weighted dips.....but then again, delts are my one genetic gift.

Fellas just be carefully with side laterals as its one of the major causes of rotator cuff tears.im talking from experience the shoulder is not designed to take a heavy load so if you going to do it light weights
