Sure, A rainbow sounds good as long as you (yourself) can squat for reps over 405, deadlift 500, snatch 225, C&J 300 while also having a sub 6 minute mile and sub 45 minute 10k.
That's the crux of crossfit; endurance + strength.
When the average person thinks of CF, they think of burpees, double unders, wall balls, kipping pull ups, handstand walks, box jumps muscle ups etc.
That's not what it is to me though. That's the easy stuff. That's the conditioning and skill based portion.
