Yes, every day. I also take a lot of EQ and give blood every 8 weeks.

This thread had me researching around for info. Good post! Made me curious.

So you guys that are taking one baby aspirin a day are doing so to lessen the chances of a heart attack and/or stroke by thinning one's blood. Basically an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure, right?
