Whatcha getting in ya in the mornings?
I've been trying to get more fats in earlier since I run slin later in the day.
When I wake up I've been starting with 3 tbsp of the Omega 3 Jiff.
It's 24g fat but 19.5g are mono and polly and only $2.48 at Walmart.
Also a shake with 2 cups skim and a scoop and a half of natural whey.
An hour or two later I have a cup of oats with 1/2 a ripe banana, a little sugarfree syrup and 3 or 4 eggs depending on how hungry I am.
