Best Workout Tips Of All Times

Workout tips for men are readily available. Just type ‘bodybuilding’ in Google and top results will be shown for men. It’s not that women don’t need toned and trimmed body; but men are more obsessed with muscle building. This post is dedicated to women to help them have a fit body and that too without losing motivation. Start with these all-time tips and you will never fail in getting the body you always wished for.

Treadmill

According to the experts Tone Up on the Treadmill is one of the most efficient and useful tool for the women to get a fit body. The best way to use a treadmill is to set it to brisk walk and holding 5 pound dumbbell in your hands and walk for 10 minutes. This is an excellent cardio exercise.

Boost your run

If you prefer running then you can make some changes to boost the outcome from running. Just include squads, glutes and hamstring to your running. Do squat after each lapse of our running as this will enhance your strength as well as endurance.

Tracking progress is very important

You will definitely lose on the benefits if you are not tracking your overall performance. Trainers advice time and again that you need to chart your progress. As the saying goes, “what can be measured can be improved” so it’s better to keep you progress charted.

All-in-One Toner

In his famous book The Ultimate New York Body Plan, trainer David Kirsch recommends this all-in-one toning exercise-“A side-step squat with wood chop works your arms, torso, abs, back, legs, inner thighs and butt. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart holding a three- to four-pound medicine ball in your hands. Bend your arms up so that the ball is at eye level over your right shoulder. As you bring the ball towards your left knee, step out with your left leg and bend it no further than 90 degrees, keeping your right leg straight. Return to the starting position. Do 10 to 15 reps and repeat with the other leg.”

Home fitness

Don’t you think there are many ways to lose weight through household activities? Shoveling daily results in loss of 400 calories per hour on an average. So this winter save some bucks and do shoveling on your own and remember to bend your knees and hips, not your back when shoveling.

Work and Workout

Sit on a stability ball, do 4 reps like overhead presses and dumbbell curls in your working hours. We all have enough time to do these little reps all the time. It’s the best way to keep yourself active during working hours.

Break points are important

Best way put on Workout Tips words of Maureen Wilson of Sweat Co. Studios, Vancouver, B.C.-“You don’t have to be a fitness saint to get results. Follow the 80/20 plan: Eighty percent of the year, you’ll exercise regularly and eat well. Know that you’ll slip 20 percent of the time due to holidays and work deadlines. When you accept that fitness isn’t an all-or-nothing proposition, you’re more likely to stick with it for life.”

Ladies you need not sweat to your bones to get fit. Try these tips and you will definitely see the results.
