Are there any secret weapons to help ween off SSRIs? Made an impulsive decision earlier this year to start fluoxetine, and subsequently took too much, too fast. Spent the last few months reducing dosage from 60mg, currently dosing under 30mg. Would it be a reasonable goal to conclude the old-fashioned SSRI in the next 4-6 weeks? Sleep is rekt at the moment, hard to fall asleep and can stay asleep...if that makes sense. Visiting the gym daily & upping the dosage accordingly

Update, shit legit took upwards of 6 weeks to flush out of the system. Finally can get rocks off and feel emotion. Life is good

I refuse to take any psych meds anymore. They make me behave and think illogical and against my best interests.
