I have tried most forms of it... Capsules seem to be a little different .. not sure if what I had was under dosed or what.
Depending on the issues it speeds up recovery exponentially.
Typically when we run it for a injury we run 500 mcgs for 4 weeks
Some run it 5 days on 2 days off
I run it straight through 30 days straight
250 to 500 seems to be the good range
I know some have played with a higher dosage but they said the results really didn't change
