I've been on edge PV.
I thought that was just baseline for you! :) Not a problem. We all have our moments. I was about to login and like your post (early) Monday morning when they told me to put away my phone because I was about to go nighty night. Then I just forgot about it until today. I blame anesthesia caused amnesia.

A quick update.

Saw the liver specialist MD (finally) recently. He told me he has seen the flip-flop on the test before. He confirmed most adults are at 0, and anything above that can indicate an abnormality. HOWEVER....he said that he's never concerned about that particular test unless the reading is approaching 200, and mine has never been more than 20. He also said the testing isn't very good, and there are a fair number of false positives. He added that a reading of 20 *may* indicate the presence of fatty liver, but without a liver biopsy, impossible to tell. He wouldn't even remotely consider a liver biopsy for me. I've had a couple of liver ultrasounds which were normal, but he also says that test, while better than nothing, isn't particularly accurate. All of my other liver tests are normal. He wants liver panel retests every 6 months, and doesn't want to see me again for a year.

Have you ever had Hep B vaccine?
Going off memory from clinic rotations 20 years ago depending on the blood work it will show two hep b results One will be the antibody to the vaccine that will be positive and the other will be fuck let me think. Before I think too hard if you haven't had the vaccine then it doesn't matter so I guess before I stress my brain have you had the vaccine?

Aw, geez. I knew someone would post that, just didn't know who!

@Thrawn, yes, I have had the vaccines for Hep A and Hep B. Kinda required when you are going hands on with a lot of homeless people and their stuff. The Hep B vaccine didn't even take the first series I went through. Had to have a second series. That was years ago, I still have antibodies.

Have not had a COVID or any other vaccine in about a year.
