If you're going to be on TRT then if i were you I would stay off for another 4 weeks to get hte red cel numbers down. Then go back on. I would probably try to use a protocol that gives more stable levels. It could be that the huge peak and troughs of nebido is making your red cell numbers high. I would probably try 100 mg/w of test cypionate or test enanthate. if all you have is sustanon then probably 100-125 mg of that a week. thentest after 6 weeks to see where you are. Red cells can be high for other reasons. If you are heavy you could have sleep apnea. If you smoke that can raise it. Sleep apnea has to be diagnosed by a sleep specialist. If you ahve been donating regularly, been off testosterone for 8 weeks and still have high hematocrit then you may have a problem with it going high genetically with TRT treatment. In that case you may have some work to do to keep it in a sae range. the top of the range in most labs is 50%. 53% is probably OK. 60% is stroke risk. Good luck. What number should it be before going back on trt need be? I have been donating blood, could a cleaner diet sort it out?
