Hey guys, i found a great snack that fits in any deit, sugar free jello 5 calories, 0 fat, 0 carbs you can have as much as u want. I eat it between most meals, so good. Any of u guys like it
This is a bit of calories but a couple of healthy snacks that I like:
The mhp protein pudding. I put them in popsicle molds and make pudding pops.
Slice up a banana and sandwhich two pieces of it with a little all natural peanut butter and put in the freezer. This tastes great and usually only eat a piece or two at a time so not many calories at all.
